We are a law firm which has, for the past 15 years, substantially devoted ourselves to the area now known as "wrongful adoption."

We have handled adoption matters of virtually every type and kind and have represented over 1,000 children in domestic relations and juvenile proceedings. Litigation concerning special needs children is a specialty of ours.

Our cases in the wrongful adoption area have resulted in a great deal of the law in the State of Illinois in this area. We have professional relations across the country which enable us to be of help almost anywhere in obtaining recovery for adoptive parents who have been misled.

We have successfully litigated or settled numerous matters on behalf of adoptive parents.

As the principal attorney in this law firm, I have been in the practice of law for well over two decades. I bring to my background as a lawyer, a doctorate in psychology. This has enabled me to bring special insights and sensitivity in explaining in the legal forum the difficulties and emotional burdens of raising children with special medical, developmental and psychological needs.

Among other organizations, I am a member of the American Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association, as well as the American Psychological Association and the Illinois Psychological Association.
